John Goga is the Broker / Owner of RedRock located in Temecula, CA. John has over 25 years of real estate and mortgage banking experience nationwide. Mr. Goga has served as Senior Vice President of Real Estate First, Inc., a large regional real estate company serving southern California. At Real Estate First, he acted as SVP and Branch Manager, managing over 25 agents and overseeing the REO Division for the company. Prior to Real Estate First, John served as the Regional Vice President of Sales for BNC Mortgage (Lehman Brothers) where he managed and achieved sales in excess of $1 billion dollars per year with over 50 direct reports. John also served as Acquisition’s Manager for AMRESCO, a large national bulk loan acquisitions firm. John previously held various real estate and mortgage related management positions with Century 21, RealEstate.com, PMAC, Prime Financial, Bank of America and Wells Fargo Bank. Mr. Goga is an extremely dedicated real estate professional with a “clients first” attitude and he always has his client’s interest at the forefront of every transaction. John has a friendly demeanor and his successes have earned him a multitude of referrals and repeat business. Mr. Goga attended Wesminster College in the Pittsburgh, PA-area where he graduated in 1984 with a degree in Economics. John extended his studies at the University of California at San Diego (UCSD) by completing the “Real Estate Development and Growth” certificate program in 1992.
